Let the creative instinct of the night operate
Each piece of furniture is a poem, sometimes soft and rounded, sometimes lively and enslaved. It harmonizes and exalts our living spaces. At night I like to imagine it, draw it, choose the elements that compose it. Then I unfold to trace it, saw it, hardwood, assemble it, sand it, shell it, polish it and contemplate it to arrive at its first day. Finally I give it a name, a proper identity.
Reveal matter through the light
Since 2018, I have been transforming, kneading, sublime, sculpting, experimenting with raw materials. Because of its timeless and lively appearance, offering an extraordinary diversity of textures, wood is my base. I decorate it by touch with metals, papers, stone and sometimes even earth.
My vision is resolutely oriented towards the sobriety, simplicity, uniqueness and valorization of these materials. I draw my inspiration from the nature and cultures of the world. Originally trained by the E.N.S. Louis-Lumière in 2010, I bring a photographic perspective. I highlight the origin of materials building a harmonious image, an aesthetic between modern and organic. The possibilities are vast revealing decorations for the pleasure of the senses.
Make a project a reality
While making perennial furniture, I make sure to choose local trees, to limit transformations, transport and paints, varnishes. Furniture, objects, lighting, huts, beds, kitchens, fittings, stairs, rooms in whole, interiors, any original and atypical creation is possible.
Depending on the needs, I collaborate with various craftsmen recognized in their field. I take the time to study with you the project. Through sketches, reference images and samples, I present my proposals. I draw a unique design adapted to your interior and your image while maintaining my values.
